Exciting PlaySpread out over 80 acres of beautiful countryside, Robin Hill has huge amounts of space for children to run free and let off steam. As you go around the park you will come across a variety of exciting play features for children of all ages from tots to young teens...here’s just a few of them... African AdventureAfrican Adventure is our fabulous adventure playground, themed as an African tribal village. It features lots of high-rise towers, Giraffe swings, a monkey den, a Cheetah Zip wire, some great slides and adventure play equipment, with some wild animals thrown in for good measure! See the crocodiles at the watering hole and take a picture with our friendly tribesman…a great addition to Robin Hill’s adventure play attractions. If you love nature, be sure to pop into our Butterfly Garden which is just near this play ground....and also look out for our Ice cream trailer which is parked here in the summer holidays for a cold drink or snack. Squirrel TowerAre you brave enough to climb to the top of this huge rope tower? You will need the climbing agility of our famous red squirrels to scramble to over 8 meters high! Loads of fun! You can then head up the hill and play on the TREE TOP TRAIL... where there is more climbing fun on our tree top bridges and platforms. Troll BridgesOne of our family favourite attractions...use our three rickety bridges to cross our troll ponds. But beware...these are more wobbly than you think and you might just get your feet wet! You are very near our world record tree sculpture here it’s a fantastic thing to see so be sure to pop back into the woods for a look later at this 19m wonder! You can also feed our ducks and carp in these ponds. Fish & duck food is available at the gift shop. Splash AttackPlay our watering squirting game near the Toboggan...but be sure to press the buttons in the right order other you will get soaked! This is lots of fun for all the family! Grab an ice cream next door in our Ice Cream Shack or a delicious snack just a little further along at the Oasis Cafe. Duck Down Play VillageOur miniature village has real houses and buildings but at a fraction of the real size. There’ a thatched cottage and even a pub (well, a pretend one!) that children will adore. Make a wish at the Duck Down wishing well and drop in a penny for a local charity! Next door you will find the Robin Hill Retreat...a building housing a wild life display through the four seasons and also our Bestival Cinema showing highlights of our world famous music festival in September. Giant MazeYou are sure to get lost in our giant wooden maze. But no fear, you can get directions from friends or family if they stand on the viewing platform and guide you! Our maze is just amazing fun for everyone! The Squirrels Feast Cafe is very close to here, so be sure to pop in for a snack if you are hungry! Tots Play & Activity CourseOne playground is especially for smaller children under 7 and the other is for bigger ones! Both are in the parks lower valley next to the playing and picnicking field and have swings and climbing features for suitably aged children. The Playing Field has football and basketball posts, so be sure to bring or buy a ball too to enjoy the open space. Hill Billy & Snake SlidesClimb our hillside to use our fantastic slippery slides. The giant Hill Billy slide is right next to the Toboggan track and can take 4 riders at a time, while the Snake Slides are for individual riders. All are great slippery fun for children of all ages. Sorry, the slides are closed in wet weather for Health & Safety reasons.
