Something for everyone at the 'Island Highland Gathering'

If you missed this Scottish spectacular last year then make sure you put this event in your diary... On Sunday, August 19th, a mass of pipe bands, musicians and dancers are set to descend on Robin Hill as we host the second 'Island Highland Gathering' in association with The Earl Mountbatten Hospice and the Wight Hot Pipes - proudly supported by Wightlink Ferries.

One of the day’s highlights will be the Island Highland Gathering - Highland games. Teams of 5 can enter and compete against other teams in the tug 'o' war, caber toss and haggis hurling, with additional disciplines yet to be confirmed.
